New helmet Design

I know these probably won't happen because they are not NIKE but
the steelers one is pretty sweet

I like seattles and chiefs. not crazy about the steelers. some of those are wild.lol

 

Yeah I think that's why I like them they r different

 

don't be changing the helmets.

 

I agree and while they're at it they can fix the dang jerseys back to the block numbers as well.

 

my favourite are the saints raiders, i liked more the old tampa and the old oilers

I liked most of them, so I'll go with the ones I definitely did not like!

Steelers (hated it)
Bengals
Bears
Browns
Chargers (That color is just off)
Dolphins (No, Just No)
Giants (American flag? Seriously?)
Saint's & Raiders (Size and orientation kill it for me)

 

I thought the Browns design was an improvement. Ravens is still ugly. Why Oilers?

 

Good God those are ugly.

 

I actually like a lot of those...

the worst of the bunch are probably:

Seahawks (too much of that neon green(
Giants (no to the flag)
Steelers - just not feeling it

The Oilers must have been thrown in there for the fun of it...

Obviously these were just for fun (like the other crapload of helmets/uni's people have designed)...but some of these were some of the better ones I've seen in a long time.

 

Some of them were great.

I got the feeling that they ran out of ideas with others, and just made the logo bigger.

Side point: it got me thinking how it's interesting how the first thing I thought when I saw these was that you'd see this kind of thing in Arena League, or the XFL. I guess there used to be a clear distinction between the solid, mainstay traditional look of the NFL and the flashy alternatives. Thanks to the rule-changes, that distinction seems to be less and less clear...

It's getting to be like the XFL, Arena League, College football where they change the heck out of the uniforms from week to week so that there is much more merchandise to pedal.
The NHL has been going that route for about a decade now.

Although I do like a lot of the new jerseys for the Pens I'm not very supportive of these helmets. I love the Steelers traditional logo.

 

When I see concept jerseys and helmets, I usually think they look pretty cool but I wouldn't want to see them on the field in an NFL game.

I have to say that some of these actually look really good and I wouldn't mind seeing Nike do something like some of them. I really liked the look of the Denver and Jets helmets.

Having said that, the Steelers design on that page is completely awful.

 

Wait I got it let's do diamond a plate look white helmet and black & gold stripe down the center

 

Pretty cool I think.might look cool with the bumble bee unis. Still would never do away with the original.
