I thought at least LeBeau would be able to make things uncomfortable for Tebow. Iguess not. At the moment, Tebow is on his way to having hos best game ever as a pro.

Should have seen this coming, since Painter, Palko, and McCoy all had success throwing against this defense.

Tomlin's press conference after the game...

    "the standard is the standard.."

Yes, the standard of piss poor coaching again and again is indeed the standard. Tomlin is the chief idiot. BA should have been gone a long time ago.

But again, they have a good excuse, injuries! Somehow the standard is not the standard when you have injuries and get embarassed again on the national stage.

Shouldn't be surprised. There's been no pass rush all year long and we're seeing it repeat itself today. Even Tebow can complete bombs when he has all day to run around in the pocket. All those splash plays don't happen if they put Tebow on his ass every now and then.

I kind of agree with the poster.

Tomlin, needs to grow a pair and just sit Ben. Ben should not even be playing at all. Dixon would be the man and if he struggles Batch can step in. Dixon has played well in the past.

Lebeau, it's just getting too old. Teams have figured out our aggressive style of play. When we should be blitzing a crap QB like Tebow, we are not.

Arians, enough said about him. He's garbage.

Look, I know some of you will say, we have the no.1 defense and Arians has play called 2 SB's, yadda, yadda, yadda. The fact is....... WE ARE TOO PREDICTABLE. I can literally call every offensive play sitting here in my recliner, no joke!

We have a great staff, they just don't adjust to teams well. The only time this year we adjusted was against N.E. and that's it. It was the right thing to do and look at the result. If our stupid coaching staff would actually do that for every opponent, (like they should do) we would be unstoppable. We have talent everywhere on both sides of the ball and because of out inept coaching staff, we will fail.

Don't think so neither. We won't beat the Pats playing like this. If Tebow can get up 14 on us, Brady will be up 30+. :yeehaw:

12-5 and in the tournament. Changes? Yes. Tomlin? Never. They achieved what they did with a banged up offense and a banged up defense. On to the draft and the 2012 season.

Couldn't have said it better if it came from Pravda....you know, the defunct party line paper from the defunct USSR.

Yep, that's what did us in, all those injuries. No other team has injuries, only the Steelers. It is a conspiracy I tell you.

Now, where is that magic bullet?

Yes I agree, someone has to take resposibility for this ridiculously disgraceful, poor, unexceptable performance, especially Lebeau. Tomlin gets a lot of blame for letting this type of performance happen.

Arians is not without blame. How about that ridiculous screen pass to Wallace that was almost a fumble, how stupid was that play. The only screen pass that Arians knows is those stupid bubble screens.

Our coaching leaves a lot to be desired, just poor. Something definitely needs to be done, some changes need to be made in coaching and players.

i think Arians will be the guy to go. Tomlin isnt going anywhere. the Rooneys dont fire coaches and they sure arent going to fire a coach that just went 12-4.

DL will leave on his own terms and this might have been it for him also. the problem is not all on the coaches. they cant control all the injuries they had, but they also dont adjust very well. Arains cant put together an offensive gameplan to save his life. im sick of seeing 2 or 3 wr's in the same spot. they have too much talent at wr too struggle that much. i know the oline is bad, but Arians like DL and Tomlin have a tough time adjusting to the situation.

I'm not saying that other teams don't have injuries. What I'm saying is that they accomplished a LOT considering the extent of their injuries. It's NOT party line and I think there should be changes. I just don't think they should be wholesale. I live in Cleveland and I see what changing coaching staffs does to a team when it happens over and over again. Tomlin isn't going anywhere - nor should he. LeBeau should stay if he wants and retire if he wants. I don't care either way about BA - but lean toward replacing him, if anyone.
