They weren't saying that about Belichick in Cleveland.

Having Brady and a division that almost guarantees home playoff games doesn't hurt. He is a great coach though.

Tomlin has been to more Super Bowls than Harbaugh.

exactly, must be nice to play the Bills, Dolphins and Jets 6 times a year. Then again, we've lost to the Jets and Miami e past two years...

And how many high picks have we spent on OL over the years?

I would flip it, actually. BB did nothing before Brady ( what was his record with the Browns?), and I think Harbaugh is only marginally better than Tomlin. However, I think Colbert is a good GM, but Ozzie Newsome is light years ahead of him, making Hairball look better.

None of us really know how much influence Art II has on player decisions; we can only speculate. Sometimes in sports, the 3rd generation birth lottery owners will stick their noses into football decisions a bit too much. Maybe someday someone will write a book for us to get a glimpse of what really goes on behind the scenes.

I think Newsome and Seattle's d are among the best in the game. Colbert has still done a lot of good here though.

Can you imagine what a BA book would be like??? I think DL would be much more favorable unless things really didn't end as well as we'd like to think.

Who cares? Tomlin has been to 2 Super Bowls and is 1-1, Harbaugh only been to 1 Super Bowl.

That's a pretty terrible way to judge a coach

But a great way to judge a franchise; last 3 coaches, all won Super Bowls. WoW.

Just curious... but if BB never wins a Superbowl - without cheating to get there/win; can one still consider him better than Tomlin? I'm not so sure...?

In any organization, coaches are just a part of the equation. Players, management, owners ... it all goes together. Washington has had some good coaches and players and yet they continue to lose because the organization is screwed up from the top.
