Who do you think played today his last game as a Steeler, or this was his last season as a Steeler?
    Can choose multiple options

Ike, Cortez Allen and Kiesel didn't play today, but this could possibly be the end of their stint as Steelers.

Included only 10 options, but you can post any other you think that

    UFA: unrestricted free agent
    RFA: restricted free agent
    RET: retires

I think Kiesel tries to give it a go, but like Aaron Smith's similar injury (torn tri), he reinjures it in training camp or the first game of next season and retires. (HOPE NOT, love the guy).

No way Allen is gone. Don't think they've given up on him yet. They'll give him a few games into 2015 season to get it right before letting go.

Hope that Ike goes, one way or the other. We don't need him. Thanks for the hard work over the years, but you're a liability. A serious one.

Troy, Ike, Brett... too old and banged up. Time to retire.

Harrison will likely retire (he still has gas enough to play though)

Cortez Allen, Mike Mitchell, Cam Thomas - can you come to the office and bring all your crap with you?

Dri Archer - won't survive camp next year.

DHB, Lance Moore - not worth keeping around.

Dick LeBeau - will love him forever, but he needs to step aside. NOT the same coach he was 6 years ago by any stretch of the imagination.

I think Brett, Troy and Ike retire. James comes back for one more season. Worilds leaves for a new team.

    Forgot about Woriilds.

Don't let the door hit ya. And (ROFL) good luck on that big contract with someone else.

(How do I just know Colbert will offer him an obscene contract?)

    Speaking of...

    Colbert: hit the bricks.

I think the biggest question on the list for me is will the Steelers pull the plug on Cortez? Is the money that they will have paid him (this year) going to affect them going forward?
Just a side note, the Steelers are up against the cap also, with #7 signing looming
Should be interesting in how they structure this contract.

Here is a link to Allen's contract details. He has a $3 million roster bonus due in March, and I think there's a pretty good chance that the team approaches him with a "take a pay cut or be cut" kind of offer before that comes due.

I think Harrison, Ike, Troy, Keisel and Worilds are gone. Don't need to bring any of them back.

I would keep Lance Moore instead of DHB.

I agree with all of the above except Moore. DHB provides good play on special teams much more than Moore provides as a fifth WR. Coverage was much improved this year and he was part of the reason why.

I also think Ben Tate is a better backup than Blount so we may end up signing him for next year at a reduced rate since he was cut by two teams this season.

Harrison may be back. I think add Heath to the list, just because the old warrior is gonna get bad hurt if he hangs around much longer. I will miss him, Troy, Ike and Keisel.

I'm sure I heard Collinsworth say during the Bengals game that Tomlin thought Lance Moore was one of the most important people on the team. How and in what respect I have no idea. It could also be that he was confusing Moore for someone else (Collinsworth, that it).

Somebody will overpay Worlids. I'd like to see Debo back for depth. Do we eat the dead money with Allen? We need to take a long look at Heath. He gets called for holding a lot, drops and fumbles are becoming an issue, and he's painfully slow these days. Keisel will retire, and Troy and Ike should retire as they bring zero productivity to their positions.

Ben's contract is looming, but doesn't Woodely's contract and a few others come off the books, we probably save a little something getting rid of Ike and Troy?

I just think it is time to dip into a splash Free agency signing. Ben only has a few good years left. We need to solidify some of these defensive positions for a few years.

I think we are still on the books for Woodley, and I think we will have to eat some dead money for Troy if he's cut. Extending Troy and Heath were real head scratchers IMO, these guys can't play two more years.
