    I dig it, Em.

I agree that the Steelers need to avoid overthinking the run game. Don't get cute because your feature back is out (presuming he is). I respectfully disagree with your prediction, though. :smiley1:

This is spot on. In the first game this year, and early on in the second game our O line was having a lot of problems with the pass rush. At one point they sacked Ben three times in a row and it was looking like the ravens were going to blow us out again. Turnovers will be the key in this game. In week 2 we moved the ball pretty well, but we turned the ball over three times compared to Balt zero. The second game was the exact opposite as far as turnovers go.

Thanks Gang! I HOPE they do (what I think at least is the right thing) and hand that ball off to Archer…that's the type of explosiveness that gives DC fits!

Just as you showed in your film the Ravens will need to get better when they get spread out . I have broke down a lot of tape and if you can get the Rats in 1 on 1 coverage they don't look that well on tape. I pointed this out in my game plan thread and the Steelers have a huge speed advantage with Brown,Bryant,Wheaton,Moore, and DHB at WR'S .
That's a lot more of a threat than what the Chargers spread them out with . IMO if the Steelers go to that set the Ravens will have no answer .

You got your prediction wrong, but otherwise this makes a lot of sense. ;)

Yup.. ESPN is heavily favouring the Steelers to win with the exception of Chris Carter and Adam Schefter .. 87% have the Steelers advancing

    Eric Allen (10-6): Steelers
    Mike Golic (10-6): Steelers
    Merril Hoge (9-7): Steelers
    Ron Jaworski (11-5): Steelers
    KC Joyner (11-5): Steelers
    Chris Mortensen (10-6): Steelers
    Adam Schefter (11-5): Ravens
    Mark Schlereth (9-7): Steelers
    Seth Wickersham (10-6): Steelers
    Tom Jackson (10-6): Steelers
    Keyshawn Johnson (10-6): Steelers
    Mike Ditka (9-7): Steelers
    Cris Carter (9-7): Ravens

My feeling is that they wont have any answers for this highly potent offense.

I think it is a pretty solid analysis, but I also disagree with the prediction. You don't just "take away" Antonio Brown. He has beaten brackets and doubles all year, and we have enough other weapons on the outside to make the Ravens average DBs pay if they focus too much on AB. I agree that pass protection is key, and we have improved steadily this season. Gilbert will need help with Dumerville (mainly in the form of Will Johnson), and Beachum has shown that he can do a solid job on Suggs. Ben will be sacked at least 2-3 times, but we have won plenty of games when Ben has been sacked multiple times. The key is to not allow constant pressure, and I think we'll be able to do that through a combination of improved pass protection and quick hitting pass plays underneath. While I certainly don't expect another 6 TD performance from Ben, I think 300 yards and 3 TDs is realistic, and gets me to my prediction of a 24-20 Steelers win.
