Did anyone notice when Gay got the pick 6 and started doing his dance that Tuitt actually lined up behind him and started doing it to? I was thinking that we were gonna get a penalty for excessive celebration. Did anyone else notice that and did we dodge a bullet or are multiple players allowed to dance?

I thought the Falcons did a similar thing at one point when they scored... refs were evidently turning a blind eye to those ones.

I'll have to go back and check. I don't think that falls under the excessive celebration, but you never know these days.

I mean, the dance itself should be penalised, but that's just on the grounds of taste and dignity.

LOL! I actually saw a player from another team that did that same dance and I was like "WHY?! JUST....WHY???" Also did you notice Hester mocked AB's dance a little too?

I think we actually had that button at one point but there was almost a riot because of it so TTF removed it to keep the peace and save his own life.

If I'm dancing, I sure as heck don't want Tuitt getting behind me and dancing.

Can be penalized although usually they let the first few seconds go. On the ATL TD it almost looked like the trailing official was looking the other way so he wouldn't have to call it.

this one by Blount, Bell and AB they let go

As soon as I saw Tuitt dancing I was kind of waiting for the flag to come in. But then again, I guess I don't really get the rule because I see 2 or 3 players often celebrating together nowadays.

As for the dance itself, I was actually calling out for it once Gay got into the endzone. It looks better when he has the throwback on as he did in the Colts game. I believe NFL Network dubbed it "The Funky Wasp".

Something I was thinking about after the TD, and I see Ed Bouchette brought it up, why has William Gay never got a look as a return man? I know he isn't the fastest guy, but he can make things happen in the open field.

He use to be a whipping boy for Steelers fans, but I think it goes without saying, he currently is our best CB, and quite possibly our best DB.

I noticed that Beckham threw the ball down and spun it and pretended it was a fire and "warmed" his hands over it. How is that not using the ball as a prop? AB has spun it too but he got flagged for going to the ground. But once you make a gesture after you drop the ball doesn't that count as using it as a prop?

LOL! I'm not a betting man but if I were I would bet that Glenn Edwards has been mentioned more on this site than he has the whole internet. HA!

My favorite Glen Edwards mention is Joe Greene talking about him seeing a classmate of his in the runway before Super Bowl IX. Piney said hello to him but the guy wasn't allowed to talk to him. Joe said that Edwards looked at the guy said "alright then, buckle up, bub" and it was on. Then Edwards about decapitated a Viking WR on that Mel Blount interception near the goal line. He'd get life that hit today.

The rescent super bowl reunion team did an interview and talked about Glen Edwards being the sole reason that they won that game. They were in the tunnel waiting to come out and the Vikings had them shook. Edwards finally said something derogatory and fired the team up, they say that game was won in that tunnel.

    Cool story
