I think our offense can take this team to the super bowl when its on,it seems like the defense plays better when the offense is rolling, but when the offense is off we are a different team, with the playoff race so tight this year it sucks to think we might not be in the playoffs, im more nervous with this atlanta game than the others, so to make this a real Merry Christmas I hope we kick some fuc**** as* and get back to where we belong. HERE WE GO STEELERS

If the O consistently rolls we could be a force, but lately the O has been pretty Jekyll and Hyde. This current D is not gonna bail us out much if any. I'd say the over/under on the O rolling vs the defense continuing to break over the top contain is leaning towards the D. The D needs help period. If we score they can hang. If we don't, were done for.

Yeah it is. Even when completely healthy I don't have faith in the secondary. With Gay dinged we are out-manned even more.

I agree that it is nerve racking to watch.

But I would rather watch this than any reality tv. show.

With 7 minutes left in the packer game, julio jones was on the sideline with a hip injury, any word on his status for this game?

Now, though, more than ever, the Falcons know if they want to claim the slippery NFC South title, the way to do so is to force feed Jones. After the game, Jones refused to say he was hurt — even though the team announced his hip injury during the game and he was unable to return to action, despite trying to get loose on the sideline in the closing minutes of the game.
If Jones is healthy and can play and teams somehow are satisfied to play zone coverage or not bracket cover him, the Falcons must get him the ball on every series. From here on out.
"I don't know what defensive coordinators are doing," he said. "I like it. Keep doing it. I don't have a problem with it. So, that's my take on it."

Yeah, it's nerve racking because they are in the playoff hunt. If only AB hadn't stepped out of bounds against Miami last year, we would have been just as on the edge of our seat then.
