If score in Houston holds up, Steelers play at NE next Sat at 8 p.m. That is assuming they don't get Tebowed tomorrow in Denver.

I think Houston winning works out better for the Steelers. Get past Denver without anyone else getting injured. I dont see the Patriots banging up the Steelers worse then they already are, unlike a Ravens game would. It could mean a healthier Steeler team for the AFCCG vs the Ravens.

I actually think this is a good thing... (I could have argued either way!)

Once we win tomorrow, we will go to NE. Like the two previous times (at least) we played them they had an extra bye against us. Winning this year shows, that we have done it once and can do it again. I do not think the Patsies will put as pounding on our team as playing the Raisins next week would have been.

To play the Raisins in the AFC Champ game will be a knock -em down, drag 'em out, but once we win that we will have two weeks off to rest and recover until we play again. This may actually be a good thing.

as long as the oline can keep Miller and Duhmerville of Ben, i dont see the Pats defense getting to him much. Ben could be very healthy if they make it to the championship game.

lets not crown the Ravens yet either. the Texans are very capable of going into Baltimore and beating the Ravens.

    Agreed... GO HOUSTON!
Although, I am not a big fan of thinking we will have an easier game against a certain team, vs. another team...
Since we can struggle against ANYONE, I do believe that IF we get past the Broncos, and Patriots, I would MUCH rather play Houston, than Baltimore.
Also, I`m not sure, but wouldn`t the Texans have to come to Heinz Field?
I was thinking earlier, that the only way we could play at home, would be the AFC Championship against the Bengals, but I don`t know. Would we get to play the Texans at home, or on the road? Either way, with the current health of our team, I believe it would be better than the slugfest Baltimore always is.
    GO STEELERS!!!

The only way the Steelers would have played at home was if they got a game vs the Bengals. Texans are the #3 seed and the Steelers are the #5 seed.

who's fault is it, actually? well, it's the steelers fault, that's who. they wouldn't have to play tomorrow or travel to new england next week if they wouldn't of given up a 92 yard drive in the last two minutes at home against the ravens. they made their bed, now they have to suffer the consequences!

the steelers allowed the ravens to sweep them, not the bungholes fault, now is it?!?

Well, I was hoping to play the Ravens in the divisional games, but this is even better! To be able to knock the Ravens out of the playoffs in the championship game in their house would be sweet justice for the regular season.

Or taken care of business in SF. We have only ourselves to blame by not having a bye week and home playoff games. Losses have consequences.

Of course first things first beat the Broncos but once that is out of the way I think it might actually work out better playing N.E. Most times teams coming off a bye are a little rusty and their timing is off and it may take awhile to get their offense going.Maybe they can spot us a big lead like in their last few games. Then if we make it past them that would put tons of pressure on the Ratbirds(if they make it) to beat us a third time with the pressure of going to the Super Bowl. Pressure bursts pipes.
