    He very well could be, he has taken a beating his entire career. I too
    would like to see what he could do with another OC and better OL.

    Just a quick comment from an Old Man...I suffered thru endless average or less QB's from the time Bradshaw retired until Ben took over the offense. I watched O'donnel throw away a SB and watched Brister, Stewert and others struggle just to be mediocre. Every time a healthy, or even slightly banged up Ben takes the field I feel good about our chances. i did in his rookie year as a game manager and I still do today.
    I agree he needs to check down more and at times our game plans leave me scratching my head but he is still one of the best qb's in the NFL and with our O line issues we NEED him
