If you could bring one Steeler great out of retirement, who would it be?

Oops! Sorry about that. I hit the wrong button. I was fooling around and wanted to see if I could post that picture of the cow with the 7 on it's head. My mistake Baby Ben is not retired and is doing well.

Right now I think we need a Rod Woodson.

I interpreted this question as to a player who actually COULD suit up if they had to and actually play (no offense to the great ones that are still around), kind of like Harrison. So in that case my answer would have to be either Peezy or Hines. I see Peezy on the sideline and I've actually said to myself "put on the pads and go and help the guys out, they need you"!

After today, I'd say we overlooked the real guy who needs to come out of retirement.

    Bill Cowher.

Woodson. Now there's your season changer! Like many... I love those 70's Steelers. They played football the way it should be played! But as many have noted before... would they be as effective in today's Marsha Brady powderpuff league? Dunno. But a player like Woodson easily could... (He never should have been forced to wear any other uniform.)

    I would want two:

    Greg Lloyd and Kevin Greene.

    Joe Greene
he brought leadership and attitude to the game. Something that has been been missing for a long time.

I would vote for Lambert... He would not accept losing to 1 sub 500 team let alone 2 in the same season from this team without kicking players backside in the locker room and the coaches :) :)

Right here 75....Mid way through this game he would have picked the ball up and chucked it into the stands. Piss poor performance STEELERS.

Another vote for Mean Joe Greene. Gotta pressure the QB and bring some leadership attitude.

Not even close ...DB is by far our weakest spot and Woodson could play all the DB spots....

How about the whole 1970's team including the coaches. Or just give me Rod Woodson. :)

    Go steelers:applaud:
