I started Dalton on my fantasy team since Luck is on a bye and my back-up is hurt. He got me -1.76 points ....... on to next week.

The Browns lost 24-6 to the Jaguars. Who knows.

Like Gruden said last MNF, " Anything can happen on any given Sunday, especially on Monday nights ". I don't know why but that made me laugh.

Speaking purely from the heart, I'm actually glad to see the Browns doing well. Between the hollow feeling I had when Modell "stole" the Browns from Cleveland and hating the Bengals and Ravens for years I'm really happy to see them getting competitive again. Sure I want our boys to WinTheNorth but how much sweeter will that be given a truly strong division? Perhaps that's why I nearly always root for the underdog, it's just not "sport" if there's no contest. Of course I reserve the right to change my tune when seeding starts to sort itself out but I'd rather see us WIN the division rather than back into the lead.

Browns fans have been through a lot, good to see them doing better. They aren't a lay down team anymore. But, Dalton looked terrible last night, that was the worse I have ever seen him play.

BFT - live in the Cincy area. Am surrounded by the stories of Leah and also Lauren Hill.

Leah, it is reported that she returned to Cincy with the cancer removed and she is recovering from the kemo. Certainly not out of the woods yet but I believe the prognosis is good. Lauren however is a fighter to the end but unfortunately it is probably pretty near unless some miracle happens. I pray for them both.

Correct, their win put us in 1st place even if it's a tie, we still would be in second place if the bungholes had won, if we have to play the browns again in the playoffs i'm sure we will take them more seriously than we did in that last game, the bungles got thumped good last night, and Dalton was horrible and A J Green was shut down with single man coverage, we might see the browns again but this time the results will be different....

If the season were to end today...we would win the division by rule of tiebreaker. We split head to head and we have the same division record....so the next tiebreaker is like opponents. We are 2-2 against like opponents and the clowns are 1-2. Like opponents to this point are Ravens, Tampa and Jags.

He's the reason they will never get over the hump, I just don't see him as that type of QB.

Thanks for the clarification, I was just going with the tied record both are 6-3, we need to get distance between us as the season progresses, we cant afford to stumble against lessor teams again, we should soundly beat the jets sunday and not struggle with them like we did with the jags and TB...

I agree...its seems to always be one or two games we look back upon and realize if we had won that game...we would have won the division, or hosted a wildcard game or even made the playoffs. Last year, for me, it was the Minnesota game in London. No way should we have lost that. I hope this year it is not the Tampa game. At least we control our own destiny at this point. We need to win the division.

Ok. Well that's good to hear about the little girl. Is that Lauren Hill you are talking about the one that is a singer?

Oh I knew about that story. I had seen it on The Blaze and also she actually talked to Glenn Beck on the radio the other day. I just didn't know what her name was.

Typical Bungles led by Marvin Lewis. Dalton. Come on Cowher.:lolol:

The clowns unfortunately look like they are turning the page. Hoyer is in a zone. They will pose a stiff challenge if we meet them in the post season. Can't forget the 1st game almost given away and then the 2nd got rolled over.
