I think I read where he's the only QB to have 2 500+ yd games. And I also think he's one of 2 QBs to have 3 perfect QB rating games (Manning is the other). I've never been to Canton but hope my first time will be to see him inducted in the HOF.

I think today might have put him over the top for the HOF, not because of 500+ yards, but because he is one of 4 QB's with 100 wins in 150 games. Add that to 2 rings, 3 appearances. But, I, like all good Americans, hope to see Ben get more rings.

SB MVP would put a stamp on it!

Something I think he very much is aiming for.

we see him so much we take him for granted. he is a hall of famer now and I still say top 3 in league. I would take him over anyone including the top 2 because of age. when he gets time, he is as good as it gets

I totally get that guys like P. Manning, Brady, Brees and even Rodgers are put ahead of Ben, but it makes me mental when guys like E. Manning and Rivers (don't even get me started on this) are put above him. Ben is top 5 easily.

Time to trade him while his value is high. We could probably get 2 firsts and a 2nd for him. ;)

Nah. After today we'd need to get a conditional third rounder as well.

If everyone else top to bottom can get on board hell yeah! Some dipstick cornered me at 7-11 saying the whole this and that on Ben and how the steelers always rebound had da yadda yadda. I told him that QB's worth their muster are few and far between are hard to land and that I hate seeing the front office waste these years. But hey he knew more than me go raiders HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... Dipstick!

It was fun to watch that was for sure. Makes you wonder where the hell this type of offense was when they played TB and Jacksonville! Congrats for sure to Ben and for all of the Steelers for a great win today and maybe they have turned the corner and can go on a nice run the next few games.

I agree. I think he's a Hall of Famer. People act like he can't play "conventional" but today the vast majority of his plays were within the pocket. Ben is an elite qb.

Ben is a very good pocket passer, just another misconception about him.

I love that he beat Bradys numbers today :lolol:

I take back everything I said about him 2 weeks ago. I was in a bad place at the time. ;)

So I saw the record announced while watching today but not sure how many starts he has... is he at 150 and just squeeked under or could he move up on the list (at least past that scrub TB :) )

Franchise/ HOF QB yep no question hopefully he gets a chance for some more rings!!!!

Just squeaked in ahhhhhhhhh on a list of only four qb's what???? That is a very short list and that means he is one of the best ever!!! Period

For all the "Lets Trade Ben" people I want to say something, and no it isn't spiteful either. I've defended him here because he gets a lot of blame, and yes, he does deserve some of it but every game that I saw Manning, Brees, and T.Brady play in in which they got hit half as much as Ben does, their game isn't even close to our number 7. What you saw was how good of a QB we actually have when he has a clean pocket for most of the time, he will get out of the way if he holds it too long but he needs a place to go. I think if you protect him this is what to expect.

Yesterday was a freak show. You'll never see that again no matter how good the protection.
