That's what this team has become. Bring up Richardson, McCullers, and Bryant this week. What's that? They're not ready? Well neither is anyone else, so just do it already. Get them some snaps to see if they're worth the pick, and if they are send some folks packing at years end. And the move to dump Johnson was beyond stupid even arguing it situationally doesn't make sense. This staff would drive through a pile of broken bottles and blame the flat tires on the glass. We all could go on and on and on, but what's the point? The mediocrity is the mediocrity Mike!

I'm with you on those things. In todays NFL you need guys you pick to step up fast and sometimes learn on the fly. Why draft these guys and say they're not ready then put the product we're seeing on the field? At this point I'll take rookie mistakes getting burned for TD's over Veteran mistakes getting burned for TD's with hope for improvement by just playing harder.....

 

I said something similar to this yesterday. I'd be awfully tempted to put in second and third string players in all positions at this point. Let's see who REALLY wants to play for this team, and rookie mistakes are a lot more palatable to me than the crap we're seeing from our pros right now.

 

Yeah I'm with you there, bring in some Rookies see what we got, If we are going to lose might as see what we have for the future.

 

The guys they say are "not ready" make more in one season than I do in 5 years lol

 

I don't think we need to put in third and fourth stringers because it would look like a preseason game. But I do think some players need to be benched. Cortez Allen and Cam Thomas would be my top two on defense. On offense, I would go with Lance Moore and DHB. Wheaton and Justin Brown doesn't strike fear in no one.

 

And I agree with this but the fact that we have players who are not ready to play or simply just don want to play for this team....who does that fall on? To me, it starts at the top. We cant scrap all of our players and start over but we can make a statement and replace our coaches.
