Nice going NFL, every game so far this season has a been a blowout by at least 20 points and the players hate the Thursday games. The road team is at a real disadvantage in these games, the NFL only cares about the $$$ what a crappy product.

Six times there were player leaps in the stands but not excessive celebration. That would have been 90 yards in penalties right there.

AB spins a ball and falls down on the field. 15 Yards!

Yea thats what i kinda figured, the leaping should def be a penality, a fan could get hurt , .. but some teems just seem to get away with more than others

It's called tradition. Why do people always have to whine about everything.

I like the Lambeau Leap, fun for the fans, no one is in any danger, they aren't being shot out of a cannon. NFL cracks down on too much celebrating stuff to begin with.

The way the rule reads it looks like in any stadium that's allowed? If so then why the fine for throwing a football in the stands?

That's the answer. Do not celebrate on the field of play. Do it past the end zone (Lambeau leap) or the sidelines.

Or simply don't go to the ground when celebrating. Not sure what jumping into the stands and falling to the ground have to do with each other...

They don't want to get sued if someone gets hurt.

Funny enough just saw this answered in one of the post-gazette chats. They don't want fans getting hurt fighting over the ball, however, a player is allowed to go over and hand it to a fan without getting a fine.
