It was all dink and dunk tonight, no passes down the field.

 

It is a dink and dunk offense. Seen our playmakers lately? They are built for it. Get to the secondary without penalties and it's points on the board.

 

Heath messed up straight down the seam. Heath also fumbled. JB fumbled and wasn't on the same page with Ben while he was wide open down the field. WR's were dropping everything thrown their way even when it WAS hitting them in the hands. It is hard for this offense to work when Gilbert is getting knocked on his butt every play or being driven back in to Ben and throwing off the timing. Decastro was illegally upfield on a big play. We tried to take a shot at midfield and Gilbert got pwnd (again) by Dumervil and Ben got sacked. The playbook is fine. If we execute it we will score some points. However, our d will hand them all right back. Ben was missing guys. This was just a bad performance. Honestly the d has me MUCH more worried than the o. The most questionable call tonight was that stupid end around to AB in the red zone.

 

Doesn't Ben call the plays now??

 

Ben has the freedom to call the plays designed by TH. Something he didn't have with BA's limited situational playcalling.

 

Only in No Huddle and still not all of them.
