They have them going 11-5 and winning the AFC North, sounds about right I had them going 10-6 and winning the division. One of the reasons they like the Steelers to win the division is because they have the best QB in the division.

 

they have had the BEST QB IN THE DIVISION about 9 of the last 10 years.. and that got us 16 wins the last 2 seasons.. to tell us thats the main reason is jsut stupid... ben played all 16 games last year and we won 8? have cant play any more games this year and maybe less .. while i agree we can win 11 .. probably more like 10 wins max but 11 is not out of the question .. but 10 losses is just as likely as 10 wins.. but to say we will win 11 because we have the best QB .. humm we had the bast QB in the division last year.. certainly better then andy hot and cold dalton .. and so why didnt we win 11 games last year> stupid article.. i lost interest about half way through it ..

In the first 8 games Ben threw 9 interceptions and lost 5 fumbles. Any chance that had a part in a 2-6 start?

 

Absolutely... A smidge careless at times and an awful lot of forcing things due to the circumstances. I.e. Terrible line play, no run game, no defense, many injuries... The team as a whole had no clue. However the turnaround was something to watch. Hope it bleeds over coming out of the gate.

 

Your post is stupid also, they didn't win 11 games last year because Pouncey missed the whole season after game 1 Bell missed the first 3 games, and Heath missed the first 4 games. Adams was a turnstile at LT which contributed to Ben gettinf off to a bad start see the Vikings game. The Steelers also had a good offseason the team is no longer old and slow on defense, that's the reason for the optimism they aren't going to lose 10 games as you say.

 

I'm with you on that. The mentality that they need to season the younger guys for 2-3 years has to go out the window. I'll take a few mental mistakes with speed and youth to make up for it and the occasional spectacular play over a mistake with a "veteran" that can't make it up and just plays the "system".
