The post gazette has an interview with him saying he wants to play in the NFL again. He said he thought about the CFL and Arena league but those are too much work for not enough pay. He has coachedthe steelers mmen's fantasy camp the last 4 years so you figure if there was anything leftthey would know. He also said Wisenhunt had him in for a try out and said they want to go younger but will keep him in mind. Good ole Skippy

My thoughts exactly that's why I put that in there. You're a kicker come on

Not sure how this is going to work; the city finally got all the hand dryers in working order.

I remember the ex-punter Miller had him on the radio last season. He was talking how there is a conspiracy theory against veteran kickers because CBA rules make the mandatory minimum base salary for a long time vet kicker too high, no teams want to pay it, and that is why he is out of the league.

There may be some truth to that, but his skills were diminishing.

Yeah. I can't speak for the other teams, but he lost his job here because he forgot how to kick the ball straight. His skills didn't just diminish, they fell off a cliff.

Yeah, there's probably some truth to that, but when you start missing chip shots...you're done!

Also, teams are taking more 40 yard attempts these days, the younger guys have the legs.

I have used that hand drier multiple times since that incident. Glad to report that it has made a full recovery and is working fine.
