Las Vegas odds on Steelers win total in 2014

They have the Steelers at 8.5 wins, I would take the over it's time to take back the AFC North from those pretenders Bengals.

 

Only in Vegas could you get .5 wins. I have us winning 12 games. I don't take (or make) bets though.

 

what is that a tie? So, if they go 8-7-1 we get the pay-out?

Another season wasting away in Mediocreville will not be a good thing. Three straight years of mediocrity in a franchise quarterback's prime years is unacceptable. 10-6 or better is a MUST this season!

 

The Steelers will win 11 or 12 games this year IMO. So 8.5 was too good to pass up. I decided to put 2,000 on the steelers to win the SB this year at 35 to 1. But when this came along I split the bet and put half on winning the SB and half on winning more than 8.5 games. It's a nice way to cushion the bet. To me it's not betting with my heart, it simple risk and reward. I believe the Steelers are going to give all of us an exciting run the year and will make the playoffs.

If I make it to Vegas before the season starts I'm definitely betting the over on 8.5 wins. Even if the offense has to win some shootouts, because the defense is young. I expect the Steelers to have a top 10 offense this season, and to win 10 games at a minimum.

 

I don't think my health would fare well with another 8-8 season.

Over for me this season too. The hedge .5 is key as a 9 win is likely too

My biggest worry is our division is pretty damn good. Cleveland has a very good defence and running QB's have been known to beat us in the past. Dalton isn't great, but that team is good enough to line up and give us everything we can handle. Baltimore is a good team too. We're all going to beat up on each other. The days of our division being an easy 4 wins are over.

I think our defense has improved with the draft and Woirlds and second year JJ..

Dalton will hopefully spend alot of time running around and getting sacked.
