I guess I am thankful for the report, but this is all from the players analysis. I want to hear coaches or at least observers about what they saw.

I noticed in the video on steelers.com that Bryant catches with his hands which is huge.

Not all. Go back and have another look. You don't usually get much of that after the first day of rookie orientation, though.

yea, i'd have to say on day one, just going through the right door to get to the field is a challange, then finding their way home after practice and back. LOL:lolol::eek::cool:

    :lolol:

Kaboly said you can sure tell the rookies from the first year receivers, J Brown and Kashif are miles ahead of them, shows how much these guys have to learn.

A little bit off topic, but does anyone know of Vrabinec's whereabouts?

He used to do really in-depth reports from training camp on the old board... but I think he disappeared a few seasons before that closed down. Is he around on another board, does anyone know?

I like to think he moved to Arizona... That guy had an obsession with the man.

More likely that real life intruded on his football life. My wife has threatened to break my phone and computer recently so I have been missing. The sports widow can only take so much.

Yeah he fell making a sideline catch with no pads on at leat we know he was getting after it. Tomlin said it was precautionary so he probably bruised a shoulder or something and there is no reason to push it in rookie mini camp.

Wouldn't count on it. Several members of the board have already written Landry Jones off after he didn't prove himself to be the second coming of Tom Brady last year. If Bryant doesn't prove himself to be the second coming of Randy Moss, watch out!

Been wondering that myself... maybe his wife went one step further than thorn058's?

Aye. I'm sure he'll be fine, but I wouldn't count on the collective fanbase going easy on him if he doesn't have a relatively productive year. He wasn't even on the roster yet and the Limas Sweed references were plentiful.

Was just going to say that. He ain't Limas and hopefully, he does not go down that road. I like the pic honestly... Time will tell
