Hey TTF i noticed only four were available to be purchased when the tixs go on sale but i need 5
do you know if the tickets that go on sale just a few days before the game
(i think they are tickets that the visiting team didnt sell ) have a 4 ticket per person limit as well or can you buy as many as you want?

Good question. I've never had to buy more than 2. Someone here surely knows.

I think the days leading up to a game you can go over the 4 limit, I got 6 in a row once to the Jets game two years ago through Ticketmaster. But, that is if they haven't changed it since then. But during the individual ticket sale this Saturday your limited to 2 per game. Unless it's a pre-season game, then go crazy.

Out of curiosity, what kind of tickets can I expect when these go on sale Saturday? Are there many available in the lower bowl, or are these generally upper deck and upper end zone?

Only thing I've ever seen is in the upper end zone on the closed side. The seats aren't even a real seat, just a bleacher. While it's not a bad view, it's a lousy seat since you'll be fighting for your spot the whole game, particularly if you get up to get a beer or something.
Probably the only reason I would buy these tickets is to see if I could flip them for more money to offset the money I would spend from the secondary market for better tickets. And that being said it's probably almost impossible to get them. IIRC, they sell out within about 3 minutes for all games.

Yeah I was lucky enough to get some for the Buffalo game last year. I think I'll just buy better tickets off stubhub this year. I just wanted to make sure that there wern't any good lower bowl tickets that were available on Saturday.

    My 2 cents:

I tried to buy 6 last year, unsuccessfully, for the game vs Dolphins.
What I was able to do was check the exact tickets I wanted and bought them with 2 separate ticketmaster accounts at the same time.
I found no other way, Stubhub and gotickets had 6 tickets, but were pretty expensive in comparison to regular tickets.

I've gotten them a few times now. One was upper end zone bleachers. One was upper bowl in a corner, but actual seats. The first time I got two club seats that were pretty sweet, but they weren't together. My GF and I had to sit one row and like 5 or 6 seats apart. Not ideal, but it was my first Steelers game. I wasn't gonna complain about ANYTHING. Oh yeah, and it ended PIT21-SEA0

My thoughts: I love the upper endzone seats... you can see everything actually going on.

These are the tix I usually get. I once had sweet 50 yard line seats close to the field and once they made it to the endzone you couldn't tell what was going on because you don't have a clear view.

Man, I remember when season ticket waiting list people used to get the mail in forms every year, and then later we used to be the only ones to get the email of the sell date announcement, now it free reign.

It used to be easy to score tickets, but has become harder and harder as the years go by. I basically have to go for the least desirable game to even get a get a ticket. Ravens and Patriots games are always sold out (i'm convinced they are already sold out before the Ticket Master sell date.)

Didn't bother trying. Just going the Stubhub route since I want to sit in the lower bowl.

I'm pretty sure, but can you guys confirm that tickets in say Row AA are actually near the top of the bowl? I assume row AA is higher than say row Z?

I was able to get some, but didn't purchase, it was all seats in the upper closed end zone. Which are the worst seats in Heinz Field. If I can go to 2-3 games a years anymore, with 2 little ones at home it makes it hard to catch a bunch of games live. For 2-3 games, I'll spring for better seats.

I got 4 tickets for the Tampa game on Stub Hub. Section 534.. Not very happy.. Started out with ticket master but they were either bad seats or very expensive. At it was I paid 830 US for 4 tickets.. Yikes
