Can't disagree with names already mentioned, but I will throw in 2 more as most missed because they could still be contributors now - Keenan Lewis & Jericho Cotchery.

    Good point!:this!:
And I will ALWAYS miss Jerome Bettis. I wont go back farther than that, and even he was gone after 2006, If I remember
the year, right. He`s worth making an exception to the 5 year rule!
Also, kudos to whoever threw in Dan Kreider to the list! I agree completely!:applaud:
And to a much lesser degree, because he was seldom used, I personally always liked Kuhn(Or Khun, don`t remember the spelling). He`s done well for the Pack.
Also a good point about Cotchery. We`ll see if Wheaton, or someone can make us forget him, but he did a lot of good as a veteran security blanket, for Ben.
Also surprised I forgot about Hoke. VERY solid back-up for Snack.
Did well when given his opportunities. I was surprised when he was released.
    Thanks for the replies!
    GO STEELERS!

I suppose the question is, have their replacements reached their primes?

Obviously someone like Ward was a one-off, in terms of both skill set and production. I'm not sure that we're not sitting on some new potential legends, though. :herewego:

    Love the optimism, Thigpen...
    Time will tell,
But it could very well be validated!
I have faith in our founding family, And what we`ve done, has withstood the test of time so far...
No reason to doubt that will continue...!:herewego!:...
I was just wondering, who the faithful fanbase missed the most, out of recent departures.
That ground has been pretty well covered in the responses to this thread...
Now we will look forward to seeing our new "heroes"...
    Plenty of potential is there...
But, as always, this team is evolving, and some of our current fave`s are gonna be gone soon...
Really didn`t hear too much about who our fanbase thinks we are gonna miss the most.
It`s all good... That can be another thread...
I don`t really like negativity, anyhow...
Life is what you make of it.
    Make it Good!!!
    GO STEELERS!:steelflag::yeehaw::herewego:
