No steelers coverage

    I've had NFLN on all day and not one segmenton Shazier. I knew ESPN wwouldn't but come on give us at least a minute of coverage instead of saying the same thing over and over again about the same players. I wish there was a Steelers network because that is the only hope to ever get some real coverage.

    Yeah even when we picked last night, like every team got some highlight reels and commentary about whatever player they picked and the Steelers they were just like "O they drafted Shazier" and showed a 2 sec clip and then back to the previous team and then on to the next team.

    I hate to harp on this subject, but sometimes it just seems so true. Unfortunately, I know on some call in shows that I listen to, Steelers fans have the reputation for always whining how we don't get enough coverage.

    But seriously, we got like 45 seconds of Mayock breaking down Shazier, Sapp & Irvin loving his physique, and then they couldn't cut fast enough to talk about the Cowboys & Manziel. Didn't get to see Ryan on Stage or do an interview.

    I know the ESPN coverage was equally as brief. Everyone had to talk about the possibility of Manziel going to the Cowboys, which was NEVER going to happen.

    I don't think an owner of a team should be allowed to run NFLN. If Jones wanted a station to cover the NFL then great but to make it the official network of the NFL is ridiculous.

    I noticed that, on Mike and Mike and then First Take, of course I don't watch every minute but not one mention while I was watching. It's always like that.

    How is the pick being received on talk radio in Pittsburgh???

    Yeah unfortunately Manziel slipped and the cowboys picked after us...we never had a chance lol

    I noticed that too on NFLN they couldn't cut away from Shazier fast enough, to get started on the Manziel to Dallas hype they showed him at the combine and not much else. I'm glad we don't have to hear about Clowney and Manziel the rest of the draft.
