a 3rd rounder for wallace and a 4th or 5th rounder for lewis... thats pretty good considering that only 32 can be given out total ... and maybe a 7th from mundy .. (that will never happen) ... lets hope they can use them wisely... a WR to replace wallace (and its a deep WR draft) and a CB to replace lewis...

I just saw that too. I'm really agitated about the league keeping the formula for awarding picks a secret. What is this f***ing KFC? Teams should know exactly why they are getting the picks they are. After all this Tomlin sideline incident threat ,I don't trust the league one bit. Not that I ever did when it comes to us.

 

the mundy pick, could well be the 7th rounder we don't get, but the league won't say that's what it's for.

 

Nothing surprising here...as this has been the speculated comp picks for months now. Shoot even all the way back during last years draft when they traded their 3rd away they expected to get one this year.

 

KC Chiefs should get a lot of picks next year.

I thought it had to do with how much money players lost in free agency signed for... So they don't know what the picks are until after some (arbitrary?) date... Is this correct?

 

Its all based on last years free agency gains and losses, so all that stuff should have been known by the Pro Bowl.

 

It's based on where they were drafted,the money they signed for,how much playing time they got,their production and a bunch of algorithms,secret recipes,formulas and whatever else they wanna make up as they go along. No one really knows exactly how they determine them.

 

well we good 3 picks.. a 3 5 and 6... thats the good news and thats 10% of all the picks given out (32 is the most that can be given out) . more good news is our 3rd pick is the first comp pick of all of them.. NOW FOR THE BAD NEWS... baltimore got a 3rd.. 2.. yes 2 4th rounders and a 5th ... so they got far better and one more (1/8th of all the total 32 picks) ..
