    Atlanta will be releasing the safety soon salary cap move. Any interest you think from the Steelers he has been in the league around 6 years. If the Steelers sign a veteran safety then maybe they won't have to draft one until the later rounds.

    He's probably a better option than louis delmas who we brought in earlier. He's certainly healthier. I don't know if they make a move before the draft though. I'm pretty enamoured with terrence brooks right now. I'm sure the steelers have an eye on him too.

    I like TTF feel that the Steelers will
    sign a safety from FA. But will also
    draft one later than the 4th round. We need
    DB's from this draft class, 2 corners at the
    mininum. What happens if Allen or Gay go
    down? Is Ike taylor going to take a pay cut?
    How about Troy? Is he going to take a pay cut?

    No thanks on Decoud. Delmas still has heart and loves the game.

    Watch Decoud's tackling "efforts" in 2013...:facepalm: It's that bad..

    As others have pointed out, Atlanta was a complete mess this year. A couple of injuries on offence collapsed the whole team under the weight of Super Bowl expectations. Delmas has more heart but his health situation is alot worse than Decouds'.

    I think it is pretty clear this team has a LOT to work on. Free agency is going to be big. I feel the same way about him as I did about the LB from Cleveland...I think you at least need to talk to his agent, determine if you could potentially afford him....then look for mutual interest.
