Maybe, but hopefully not. Munch should be able to make something work between Beachum, Adams & Gilbert, hopefully.

Maybe go out and sign Gabe Carimi? If anyone can make him into something, maybe its Munchak.

It doesn't change much for me in terms of first round grades. I don't like the idea of changing a player's grade because you think a coach can develop him. In the later rounds, sure. I think it can and should change how guys who are more raw are viewed.

Also, Lewan is off the board IMO.

I was thinking more of kouandjio out of that bunch. has the footwork and physical tools for munch to work with. or martin. both are in our range. I think some of kouandjio's technique is fixable. not sure about the mental part though.

I agree with TTF in that you don't change your player grades.

A change in positional need could happen though. Munchak after being hired was first required ( probably ) to review every game tape and specifically review every play by every OL and help determine where they go from there. If Munchak comes back in saying Adams is a bust, Gilbert is RT only and Beachum got lucky and needs to go back inside and is pounding the table for a 1st rd LT then we may see something, if not look for a defensive guy early and possibly an OT mid to Late rds for Munchak to groom.

Honestly, I would like to know what he can do with Gilbert and Adams first.

Me too. He should be able to make what we have better and I like the idea of bringing in a guy later in the draft that Munch. feels he can mold. I also think a under the radar FA might make more sense. Please......no more high draft picks on the O line,we have too many other needs.

Kouandjio looks like another Mike Adams a turnstile at LT, watch him versus Oklahoma in the bowl game. The sleeper at LT is Morgan Moses of Virginia probably go late in the first round.

moses is pretty stiff. not so much of an upgrade. players may change in munch's zone scheme. size and mobility could be different then we have gotten used to around here. or it won't be a great success.
