No Brady please. Don't like Pete Carol but like his team. No Manning, if he wins all we will here for the next year on how great he is. No 49's either.

if I had to choose a team it would be Cinci and Carolina, or Packers.

I'm rooting for Indianapolis Vs. Carolina.

Don't care who wins, all I know is that there aren't any players on those two teams that I just can't stand.

Every other team has their fair share of players that I really don't like.

The last thing I want to do is see media day with either Brady or Manning. The love fest will be just way over the top.

    Anyone but NE or SF.

Other than that, the Steelers are out, so I really don't care.

    I do like Seattle's defense.

So do the Seahawks and that's why I'm pulling for them and I also like Russell Wilson. I'm generally ALWAYS pulling for the AFC but this year I will pull for the Seahawks in the NFC and Chargers in the AFC. I think it might wind up being the Pats and Hawks and I think the Hawks will win it. I just want Manning to lose no matter what. I want to hear the sweet sound of his heart breaking and I want to see tears flow from his big red forehead.

I root for the Panthers because of my Carolina family roots. I actually like the 49ers and Seahawks but I don't care who wins so as long as it's not

    Green Bay
    New England
    49ers

these teams have had almost as much success as us in Superbowls and I would rather we stand at 6 rings alone!!! When we get to 7 or 8 rings then those 3 can add another (Dallas is not in the playoffs but I open a bottle like the 71 Dolphins when they miss the playoffs. They're the only team who's fan base i despise)

Exactly this for me as well.
Don't want Cincy, SD, NE, Denver, or KC, so that just leaves Indy.
Don't want Seattle, Philly, SF, GB, or NO, so that just leaves Carolina.

All the teams I don't want have at least one person that I have just had enough of.

Last year's Seattle team reminded me of our 2004 team, and this year's Seattle team reminds me of what our 2005 team would have done if Ben had been healthy all season like Wilson was. Last year, they had everything but an experienced quarterback, but their quarterback is no longer a rookie, and he won't have to play any true road games, either. Seattle plays like we used to play. I've been pulling for them since the offseason.

Carolina also does a lot that I like, particularly on defense.

I really want to have Indy go into Denver and bounce Peyton in the divisional round.

I think I'll have to go take a shower after writing this, but go Seahawks.

Chiefs, who are 2-5 since their bye, beat only 1 (!) team with a winning record all season (Philly) will CHOKE.

I will be rooting for: Panthers (see above) Seahawks (so they'll shut up for once about '05) Bengals (so that their players become overpriced, see: Ravens)

I'm rooting for Seattle they play like the Steelers used to play good running game and tough physical defense. No way I want the Patriots or 49ers to win it and the media drooling over Manning and Denver not rooting for them either.

I'm not rooting for any team it's all immaterial to me ..hoping for a blistering cold windy snowy horrible day with lots and lots of controversial officiating. I'm wishing the NFL and it's commissioner the most miserable outdoor SB in league history!!!

Right, I forgot to mention how much I want there to be a blizzard throughout the whole weekend of the Super Bowl. It didn't occur to me to wish upon Goodell that the Super Bowl be plagued by bad calls, which would be particularly fantastic if it caused Seattle to win. (They would suddenly see why Jackson was called for OPI against Ike Taylor.)

I too hope the SB is a weather DISASTER! Absolutely stupid move putting it in a northern city in a domeless stadium in the middle if winter.

I think its going to come down to SEATTLE vs NEW ENGLAND with the Seahawks pulling it out.

    Ill lll be rooting for:
    SF
    Carolina
    Packers
    Bungles
    Chargers

    in that order.

    I both agree and disagree.

I want to see horrible weather. Even a blizzard would be awesome.

And I also think moving to an outdoor stadium in the north is a GREAT idea.

Football is meant to be played by men in the elements. Not foo foo girls afraid of cold or wet in a dome or sunny stadium. (And I really don't care if some corporate fat cat gets his precious little toes cold).

Some of the most memorable games in NFL history were played in horrible weather. ;)

My son is a Chiefs Fan so that's who i'm pulling for. To blame KC for the Steelers being out of the post season is mindless. It's time to look long and hard at the NFL Officials. Time to make them full time and open the door for more replays. Plus there is no one to blame but the Steelers themselves. They put themselves behind the 8 ball. But, even that being said, losing a post season berth should not be a Monday morning call saying "Sorry, we messed up again". Where is the accountability?

No way I want to see San Fran win another.

Or the regular season wonder Manning. He will choke it up again. Rack it. Enough of him.

Besides KC, I would to like to see Russell Wilson, a class act kid win it so we can stop hearing the crap that the Steelers won XL because of bad calls. Put that crap to rest.

I really don't mind Manning like some here. I wouldn't mind seeing the Broncos win. I could deal with pretty much any team but New England or San Fran winning it.

As for the cold weather Super Bowl, I think they should all be played that way. Screw the corporate fans. But, if it is a blizzard, they've already made concessions to postpone or alter the playing time of the game. Weak.

Not a Harbaugh fan so I have to root against San Fran. Windy with temperatures around 10 degrees and dropping for the playoff game at Green Bay this weekend. Those 49ers players will love that.

I never understood the hate for Peyton Manning either. He appears to be a humble guy, not cocky, never in any trouble. It has to be jealously. He had those operations on his back and neck, missed a year, then came back and set all those records. That right there is a stud. A student of the game who knows how to read defenses and takes his job seriously. He deserves another super bowl win if any one does.
