Playoff Parties

Since we clinched another playoff spot, it is time to start planning playoff parties. Going to get the smoker out to make ten pounds of brisket, probably a smoked turkey and some homemade smoked sausages. Of course wings and hot dogs for the kids (and me). Great selection of beer, some salads, my wife makes great mac and cheese. My 14 year old son makes legendary meat ball sandwiches from scratch. Big fire in the fire place and a room stuffed with Steeler fans and others.

I think that I am going to try sushi and edamame this year since my daughter and her friend are vegetarians.

I need to get all my smoking and grilling books out and start planning. The best time of the year.

There is always room for more. I am in Richmond VA though.

I prefer for everyone to leave me the f#$%k alone and let me watch in peace with a couple of beers.
