I was a Charger fan when I was young & dumb and full of............... Then I saw the B&G light and realized the same thing that, years later, Archie Manning would bring up.
My brother and nephews are Charger fans though, hence the projectile vomiting.

I don't see it happening too little too late don't see the Chargers losing to the Chiefs backups.

 

It was brutal in '94 after that AFCC game. I stopped answering the phone. Believe me, I gave it it back ten fold after what the 9ers did in the SB. Still do!

The way this year has gone, we have to be set up at least one more time sometime during the gaems to believe this is actually going to happen....and then.....

 

I'm also am hoping everything falls into place. So the Steelers making the playoffs would be the best thing that could happen today. The second best thing would be for the Steelers to beat the Browns by more than 7 points and cover my fairly significant wager on the game. And the third best thing that could happen today would be for the Bengals to beat the Ravens so there would be no chance of any combination of other wins or losses allowing the Ravens to make the playoffs. I ALMOST hate the Ravens as much as I love the Steelers. I don't think I can stand another off season listening to idiots talking about the SB champion Ravens and if they win again this year it would be the back to back SB champions. That definately would fall under the classification of cruel and unusualy punishment.

Hope that wager works out for you. I'm actually sort of surprised that the Chargers line came IN during the week to 9. You're a 9 point favorite against a team's second/third string at home? I realize there's a chance SD won't be playing for the playoffs either, but they will be playing their starters....and they beat Denver on the road.....I think if I was putting money down, that's where it would be....which bodes well for the Chiefs!!!!
