I vary a good bit, warms months close to Ryan Clark, right now I'm exactly Matt mcbriar.... But also very close to gradkowski and Dwyer..... That just doesn't seem right, Dwyer & gradkowski are similar weight? Come on.... Someone's telling a fib.

5' 11.5" and 185. According to the link its Marcus Wheaton (only Im about 4 tenths faster in the 40).

But I've seen Ryan Clark up close and in person a few times, and I'd say we're damn close to the same size even though the link has him at 205. Either I have an over inflated sense of myself or the Steelers exaggerate their players numbers. Both are entirely possible.

    Shamarko Thomas.

He's an inch taller. But I have about 5 pounds on him.

(He'd stomp me in any contest though - even if I was in my prime, which went bye bye decades ago)

Yeah I think all teams really do exaggerate the sizes of guys. The wrestling business does it too. It makes things more spectacular.

LOL... Just goes to show how out of shape I am, and how much pro atheletes` builds, vary from the general public...
In terms of body fat vs. muscle mass...
I expected to be closer to a lineman, at 5`10", 255 lbs...
The only one NEAR 255 lbs, and under 6 foot plus, is Sean Spense...at 235...
Anyone else, over 250 is well over 6 feet tall.
Never realized most of those 300+ lb linemen, are also about 6 and a half feet tall.
Guess they just looked short and stout, from being bent over on the line of scrimmage most of the time...
On a side note, I never realized Heath was as big as he`s listed... He carries that weight well.
Funny part is, I graduated at about 5`7", 130 lbs...
Always wished I could "bulk up", to about 180... LMAO!!:roflmao:
Guess I`ve surpassed my expectations... Just always envisioned it being in the chest, and arms, not just the belly...
Oh well... good eating and drinking makes me happier than rigorous exercise, and eating "rabbit food"...
I`ll take being "fat and happy", over "thin and miserable", anyday!
Thanks for an entertaining thread, Jack!
    Laughs are good!
    GO STEELERS!!!

Re-read my post BFT. I was actually 185 at graduation (1978) and am 250 now. Im guessing my intellect at 50 lbs (might be exaggerating by about 49 lbs) and subtracting that. But your right round is a really good shape.:hehehe:

6'4" 255 lbs. In between Paulson and Heath but with hands of stone!!!

My 16 yr old comes in at 6'3" 245 lbs. Off season weight training we are shooting for 15 more lbs of muscle by next fall. OT / DE wrecking some stuff.

    Don't feel so bad.

The day I got married I weighed 135 pounds. (I was too skinny and desperately trying to put on weight).

21 years later, at my heaviest, I weighed 255. :o

I'm down to about 220 right now (and hopefully still dropping). If I can get back in the 170-180 range, I'll be happy. Maybe by this time next year.
