    The arrogant blowhard Francessca made the idiotic statement today that Ben is having a terrible season. Why? Because a caller knocked his boy Eli (Francessca loves Eli) saying both have played behind a poor line but that Ben is better equipped to deal with it. Thats when the idiot said I don't agree with that at all, Roethlisberger is having a terrible season. Way to know what you are talking about, buffoon. Unfortunately for you mikey, your boy Eli really is having a terrible season.

    Well, the one problem is some of these records come when the team doesn't play so well. Kind of a dubious thing. I'd prefer he didn't break records and the team won games. He is definitely in the top two, he's been there for a while.

    Bit of a childish remark. I think it's fair to say if money, age and the current state of the team weren't a factor, very few would consider getting rid of Ben. Unfortunately, those factors do exist, so it's an option worth discussing.

    One thing I believe we can all agree on is he is mortal and will be gone someday. If 34 years old is too early, what would you suggest?

    Too many "experts" think Ben should be dumped. Remember the Steelers of the '80s? Yeah... that's what this team would be without him.

    I just don't think many want him dumped because they think he's terrible. If he was 26 there would be very topics about letting Ben go (except when he was getting into trouble with Johnny Law)

    Read some of the posts on this board and you'll see that some people wanted Ben benched or cut because of his performance. QBs get the glory for winning and the blame for losing... and starting out 0-4 and Ben's pick:TD ratio (1:1) in the first 4 games was making a lot of people want to kick him to the curb.
