Yea how bout it. I was very impressed with Woods play last night.

 

I just think he just didn't get it mentally BF. remember they even cut him and he cleared waivers for them to put him back on the PS and no team took the chance on him then either.

a lot of the BYU players are older. they go on those missions for a couple of years. still the wear and tear isn't there. he only plays on goal line. woods held up 3 of cinci's linemen on that short yardage play sunday night and didn't move an inch. I think we move forward with woods and mclendon. they have both played well this year. they are both guys we brought along for a few years now and their time has come.

 

i agree. everyone wants McClendon or Ta'amu to be the guy, but why do people keep forgetting about Woods? he out played everyone else at that position in the preseason and when ever hes gotten a chance in the regular season hes played pretty good.

i think they have there NT on the roster already.

 

I think they are a good tandum. fangupo did get 5 plays. arnfelt saw 2 plays to get his feet wet. I'm not overly concerned about the D-line with the two youngsters on the team. we may go into next year with the same bunch.

if ziggy is re-signed they may not re-sign keisel and he retires. if ziggy doesn't re-sign, I think they may sign keisel for another year.

 

That is true...it is kind of a bummer, because our goaline defense is terrible. Not stout at all.
