No need to apologize. Grats on the house. I'm sure you're putting a lot of elbow grease into it.

Thanks guys got a deal we couldn't refuse. We got a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2200 Sq ft house in town for 50k below tax value. It needs a roof patch and the front three joists need to be replaced along with the part of the mud seal. A little mold in the bricked floor manage that will eventually be turned into a old English pub. I say eventually because it is last on the list. We are also replacing all the flooring with hardwood. I've been removing popcorn ceilings and walls. Also doing a full restore on the kitchen. We are on a .75 acre lot so plenty of room for a big deck with a brick patio with a fire pit and brick bbq built in. Also I'm building my kids a swing set/tree house to go with their trampoline. Grand total of have this planned out over the next year maybe two depending on how some parts go. My friends, family, and I our pretty m chance doing everything but the joists. When it comes to foundation stuff I will leave that to the pros. I can't wait to get this all finished but it's going to be awhile.

I think it is great that in our online community we have such a sense of family that we actually have members who apologize for not being involved as much when their real live creeps in or people like me who immediately PM'd TTF to apologize for starting a thread on Sunday that was a bit childish and uncalled for because I didn't want to disrespect the spirit of the community which is fierce debate but more fiery love of the team.

About 2 weeks out. This was a lot bigger task then I first thought mainly because of my wife. It turned into a full remodel.
