Hypothetical: Last Game of the Season

Hypothetically, it's the last game of the seasaon against Cleveland and the Steelers have been already eliminated from the playoffs ... What non-starter(s) would you most like to see get a start and play the game against the Browns?

 

Wheaton, Vince Willams, Sharmako Thomas. any oline men that hasn't played.

Wheaton & Moye (mainly to see if/where we take another reciever in the draft)
Gradkowski (mainly to see if he is worth his cap hit)

None, I don't want to see the back ups unless the starters are hurt. That's what preseason is for.

George Brett said once when he was asked if he would like to end his career on a grand slam in the World Series that he would not want his career to end that way. He said he would rather it end with him hitting a slow ground ball to first with him running as fast as he could. In other words, even though it was over he still wanted to try and put his best foot forward. In reality I would say that I agree with you but since this is hypothetical I would like to see Moye and Wheaton play a whole game and Vince Williams totally running the defense. I would keep Ben in to see if he can do anything with the wide outs. I would like to see if Landry has grown any but it's really more important to see if Ben has any chemistry with these guys.

Moye should have been already part of the game plan, end zone threat. Wheaton will take "Hands of Stone" Sanders spot next season.

 

Excellent point, I'm in favor of that (having Ben in) and leave Gradkowski on the bench. Though I still wouldn't mind somehow seeing if Gradkowski is worth his cap hit; maybe he'll get see some action in one of our upcoming blowouts.
