Jarvis Jones looking like a bust

Jarvis hasn't done crap all year I cant remember a single splash play from him, in the past we use to replace our guys with someone betteror equal but recently not, Harrison- J JONES, Casey- McClendon(I really thought he would be better) on and on they all aren't any good, Shamarko doesn't look any good, Worilds 3rd year 2nd round pick nothing, Ziggy Hood sucks, Woodley got a motor but aint doing nothing without Harrison, Cortez Allen sucks( I thought he would be equal to K lEWIS But I was wrong there as well, this D is in a lot of trouble

 

The guy is a rookie, give him a chance

Why single him out?

Most of this team is just about as bad.

Everyone is next to horrible.

 

I really believe it's the scheme that's holding our players back.

 

If you were somewhat knowledgeable about the steelers you would know that 98% of first year lbs never sniff the field in a Dick L defenses their first year. The fact that he started a few games shows either one of 2 things our lack of playmakers at OLB or the fact he is pretty darn good...which im guessing is the latter. Give him a chance 8 games in...the 3-4 OLB is a tough position to play as a rookie with all of the assignments in pass coverage...

 

Why him,because he is key for us getting pressure if he gives u nothing then where is the pressure coming from,? he hasn't shown anything to look forward to,he looks small and slow a non factor

 

The reason are defense looked good the last few years was because of James Harrison pressure, and Casey blocking up the run,they made Woodley better,then hence the cbs,etc

 

The collective unit is a failure.

It's pointless to single out Jarvis and say "It's because this guy is terrible".

Not to mention the fact that he's a rookie.

It'd make more sense for this thread to be about the defense being a bust instead of a rookie.

Op what the the hell u talkin about? dont u know........JJ is a rookie, he needs about 2 yrs.....etc, I've already heard dl def hard to learn even though other teams have figured it out. I said JJ would be good on inside similar to farrior too slow for outside, but what do I know.

Why not make one post that outlines everyone who played poorly, everyone who should be replaced and who they should replaced with. That way the Rooneys only have to read one thread to get their plan of attack all together.
