I have seen a lot of posts about changing the roster and coaching staff. I know people are pissed and I am too but here is a question. Who do you let go? I really would like to see serious answers. not the whole team or get rid of everyone and start from scratch. I would like to have a serious discussion on who and why.

for me. its hard to say cause I know how these guys can play. they are not playing up to their potential. is that reason enough for letting them go? I don't know. I get rid of haley. that experiment isn't working and 2 blocked punts this year tells me we need a new special teams coach. I am also sorry but maybe its time to say goodbye to lebeau. lets see if butler can add something to what seems to be a vanilla and predictable defense.

Special teams tackling has been real good though, which has always been a weakness here.

I don't think the punter is going to be around here for long however. He is gone. They should have never got rid of Butler.

I got to say, as much as I like AB and Sanders, sometimes they just are not reliable. I think we do need a tall receiver with elite catching skills or a second TE who is a big time receiving threat.

Offensive line injuries are still a head scratcher over the last 5 years...

I agree about oline but just curious. you don't see anything wrong with the defense? I know they tightened up today but I still worry about them when they play good teams

Most of these calls for firings and roster changes are knee jerk reactions.

I'd say I would like to see more pass rush definitley....Jarvis needs to start sacking the QB...no excuses.

I don't think firing any of the coaching staff accomplishes anything. They can't scrap the whole offense and start over. Defensively they have to stop the we are going to do what we do mentality. KC showed the blueprint for attacking Pryor and the Steelers ignored it. Put in multiple Db's and send the house. Force him to react and make the hasty throw.

Conditioning and a strong work ethic will help with the injuries. When you give up is when injuries occur. I can only lay this blame on vets and coaching. The team is still solid in my mind, but the coaching and general management of the team has been poor at best.

I say start with firing the GM and go from there.
