Are you talking about the Amendola hit? It was nothing like the Troy hit at all and the Saints didn't get flagged on that hit, they got flagged on a play on the other side of the field

 

Tool announcer kept calling it Helmet-to-Helmet though. And going on about safety and rule changes.

 

The announcer can say whatever he wants, helmet to helmet is allowed in the open field as long as the receiver isn't defenceless
