Its official!!!!!

Haven't double checked but heard last night during the Raiders game after the Raiders picked off Rivers that it was their 1st of the season leaving the Steelers as the only team left without an interception lol. I just can't get over the fact that we don't get interceptions let alone any type of turnover.

 

Don't worry, Ike "almost" Taylor will get it done!!

 

The only way we will get an int this year will be if the qb overthrows his receivers by 5 yards and then it will land right in our corners hands.

 

Heck yeah!!! Seriously would it be too much to ask to get our db's some 12 yard bombs on a 7yard curl route?!?!? Hahaha

 

While I agree that we have been beyond terrible in the turnover department I'm calling Troy P. with the first int of the year against the Jets!

 

Yeah, I've had a feeling that if anyone is going to get it done, it will be Troy.

 

Only way I see it happening is if our DL forces a tipped ball and it falls into the lap of one of our other fallen defenders.

 

Our guys would have plenty of interceptions. They play the defender and not the ball. Always looking for the big hit. Ryan clark is the biggest culprit of this. How many times have you seen a passed ball or a tipped ball go right by him when it couldv'e easily been picked off. He looks exclusively at the WR and not the ball. You need to do both.

 

He's being playing in the box a lot... Have to get him back in coverage more for it to happen.

I'll pick Cortez to have a bounce back week and get us a turnover.
