Man do we suck

 

Maybe we should trade him for some defensive players or O-linemen because both suck tremendously right now. Perhaps less arm tackles and poor coverage and any TOs by our #1 defense would help us win a bit more than a new QB. Still the only defense to not create a TO.

 

Don't get on Ben you Moron. He's the only reason why we were in this game period

Once again loose the turnover battle and half of the time the D not able to do squat (tackle/etc) thats what you get. This was the O's best overall game I think.

 

Embarrassing, to say the least.

 

I think it was Ben's best game, and maybe AB's, but that O-line stunk it up as usual.

 

I don't think they were as bad as previous games. A number of plays they looked good...others were just not up to snuff. But I felt i did see at least some improvement

 

Bill Simmons suggested we trade Big Ben to the Texans for Schaub and a couple of first rounders. I wouldn't say no

Can't disagree, but his two turnovers were probably the difference.

those 7 points off of that pic he threw was what we lost by... How did he keep us in the game?

he took three sack in one drive, you might blame the line but 2 of those came after a pump fake when he could have gotten rid of the ball

 

Possibly...or you could look at the 2 big TDs the D let happen a 70 yard rec (that was in reality a 10 yd or less throw) and a 60 yard run with more poor tackling. Yes the INT of Ben turned into a TD (i think this was the one AP had a hole a semi could go through). But still...for a D thats not supposed to let the big play happen...2 of them did and they cost them.

 

Maybe, but I'd be more inclined to go with our missed turnover opportunities as the difference.

At this point, our D is not capable of stopping anyone! It is very possible we could lose every game...I dont think that will happen, but it is possible! This team just does not have what it takes to be consistent!!

 

Pretty sure they frown on name calling around here.

 

enough of the free passes for the defense. 4 games into the season and zero turnovers. everytime the offense would score the defense gives it right back and they cant get any sacks.

as much as Phil Sims drives me crazy he hit the nail on the head. the Steelers offense is always starting with 80 yards in front of them. at some point the defense needs to make some game changing plays.
