Brown Fined

While I don't agree with it, I can almost understand the face mask penalty. Maybe in the leagues eyes he held the stiff arm too long? Just speculating here.

What I don't agree with is the penalty for the late hit. Conte went down without being touched by an opposing player. He could have gotten up and ran again.

 

I'm not sure if anyone watched the Ratbirds game on Sunday, but Bryant Mckinney was flagged 2 consecutive plays for a facemask penalty in which he actually grabbed hold and twisted the helmet of the defender. Does anyone know if a fine was levied for his actions? If not, this is utterly ridiculous! I am so sick and tired of the NFL picking and choosing who gets fined and who does not for the same type of penalty. The problem is AB did not twist or grab the facemask at all, and Mckinney's was blatant! What a joke!!!

 

Good GOD. Thankfully, hockey season has started where the players are actually ALLOWED to play.
