I like Moye and think he has some potential , but why is everyone upset because he was inactive last?
    Don't get it at all.

Because "the standard is the standard" and we all get tired of the status quo? We need to gauge the potential, and potentially he could help I guess?

Because you had Miller back and still had Palmer active....

Assuming we lose this week, and that may be premature, but assuming we lose, this team needs to go back to the drawing table about how guys are going to play and WHICH guys are going to play. At that point, it needs to be all in with the young guys. Play Moye, Wheaton, and Bell. Play Shamarko and Golden and Williams and Jones and Spence (if he returns). Dress Jones as your #2 QB and get him some snaps when you can. You do things to move forward and make this team better for NEXT year.

Because the things they try to do with Cotchery would work better with Moye.

Moye and miller in the red zone would give teams all kind of headaches trying to stop them.

If Moye warrants a spot on game day he'll get it. Trust me I'd be open to anything that gets Cotchery out of there. He must not be as good as some here think or we'd see more of him.

That's not true, you know this team is exceptionally slow to get rookies on the field.

Plenty of young guys getting a shot this year. Could it just be that he's a player who barley made the team and is not as good as some think?

Its as simple as the guy is a definite threat in the red zone, and we saw why against Cincinnatti! He is 6'5 and can go up and get the ball...what other receiver on our roster besides Heath has proven they can do that? We need to utilize any type of threat we have, and at this point Moye fits into the category!!

Yeah, because of injuries on the defensive side if the ball, they have no choice. No rookies on the offensive side getting those kind of snaps.

Come on now Haleys system of run for a yard rung for a yard then pass on third is really hard to learn.

:lolol: Yep and when you do make a nice play for a TD, you're rewarded by riding the pine.

Because Tomlin is the HC and Haley is the OC which means Moye didn't play because our HC and OC are idiots and in over their head! Play your BEST players at ALL times unless they are hurt or in trouble!

he has 1 of the 4 receiving tds they have. he just made the 53 man roster. when theres only a couple thousand at most NFL players in the world. im pretty sure that just making the team probably doenst mean hes not that good.

Because Moye is simply better than Crocth right now, he has better hands and can catch the ball at its high point and hustles more.

Overstate your case much? Moye is a marginal player in this league at the moment. He has one catch....ONE. Cotchery is a vet who the coaches are going to trust for the moment...ANY coach would. He has been doing it for years. Moye has basically be in for 1 play. Let's not go off the deep end for expect things from a young player beyond reality.

I get that that the coaches trust Cotchery more, but that doesn't make him better. What did he do in the one play! What did he do in preseason, oh wait it was only preseason!
