Probably fairly accurate. Whimper could interchange with Wallace and Garvin with Blake (as Blake seems to be brought in for his good ST abilities...don't remember how Garvin did on ST)...either way probably a solid guess.

    I'm going this way:

    Heath
    Bell
    Landry
    W Johnson
    Fangupo
    Wallace
    Gavin
    Moye

I forgot about Moye...it could be one whos back and forth from active and inactive. I'd rather have him active than Palmer I think...but if Will Johnson is out...then it might be good to have another TE/blocker/etc available.

No way Blake sits if he was specifically brought in for Special teams and they made those moves to get him there.

Serious question: if Wallace sits, who's the backup center? I thought Beachum never really got around to it. I'll go with

    Heath Miller
    Le'Veon Bell
    Will Johnson
    Landry Jones
    Hebron Fangupo
    Derek Moye
    Guy Whimper
    Terence Garvin

The first 5 are no-brainers. Moye is the weakest special teamer (I assume) out of the leftovers and all 4 WRs above him are healthy. Whimper because Beachum can do OT/OG and Wallace can do C/G and all 5 starters are healthy. Garvin was tough because I like the way he flies around the field and I think they do too, but I gotta assume they like Wilson better because he got the job first. I also considered DCS, because we have Golden and Thomas, both good backups and good special teamers, and I don't trust Damon on defense. But he's here, so I'm guessing it's so he can play.

God, I can't wait until we get Heath back and we don't have to use a spot on Palmer or David Johnson. And I can't wait until we get Spaeth back and both those guys take a hike. Nothing personal, I just hate leaving talent on the bench or PS so that guys like that can be on the field.

beachum played exclusively at center the last preseason game, and did quite well blocking inside.

    miller
    Johnson
    bell
    fangupo
    moye
    Wallace
    garvin
    jones

I think whimper gets a helmet this week until Wallace gets more practice time.

I almost put Moye on there but figured one of the reasons he made the squad was for his height and redzone capabilities.

Well, I think we have narrowed the list down to a certain pool of guys. We shall see who gets the helmets very soon. I can't wait!

I do not want to hijack this thread but from what I am reading above, it sounds like once again I am living in LaLa Land. Is it still IMPOSSIBLE to think that Heath could still play? Granted I want him back when he is healthy enough and from past experiences, Tomlin usually sits players in similar situations, but I still really do not want to see any of the other TEs but Heath in there. We are just so much better with him in there.

He needs to sit until he's absolutely 110%. No playing around with him.

Agreed. Was playing Troy against Philly last year worth the 8 games it cost when he aggravated his injury? Not worth it.

I originally predicted Heath would return for this game, and I believe he could, but I have no problem sitting him just to make sure he's really, really okay.
