That includes heath who Tomlin said we will see how his knee reacts to practice this week. Wether heath plays or not the fact that he is practicing is great news.

I want Heath back but only if there is no risk of doing further damage before it's safe to play. I don't want him rushed back. Speed was never his game so if he's cleared to play, that would be great news.

Agree. All along I was betting he'd return for week 1. I may have been wrong, but it's looking like I'll at least be very close. If he's looking like a genuinely questionable starter this week, he's got to be probable for next week. This is a tad premature, but EAT IT everyone who assumed he'd be on the PUP list and come back week 7 (or come off the PUP list but not return until after the bye).

If Heath is playing and healthy that will add a HUGE boost to Haley's offense. I REALLY hope he's out there. I don't know how much I trust the staff to decide what to do though because think of how many times we've seen Ben out there when it's obvious he shouldn't be and also Lefty when he shouldn't be as well. I really hope they get this right.

I`m with ya BFT, while it would be unbelievably FANTASTIC, if Heath is truly close to healthy enuff to play, I just have a hard time believing it.
And I hope they use better judgement than they did with Ben, and Lefty...
As for Bell, he actually said it was more because he couldn`t practice, than because of his injury.
That`s great news, and slightly more believable to me, only because I never really heard the true extent of his injury, other than "a mild tear of a ligament in his foot".
I`m hopin he will be in the mix sooner than later!
Overall, I agree with the point made about Tomlin being more "candid", than usual.
Unless that`s all a smokescreen, we shall see in the coming weeks.
Hope he ain`t just blowin sunshine up our butts!
    GO STEELERS!
