Kidding aside, that parent needs a serious ass whupping. These losers attend these games and get all worked up like it’s the SB.

I grew up with this crap playing sports. These losers come to practice and come to games and actually heckle kids that even compete with their kid on the same team.

Then you have the idiots that act like this... This dude needs to be in jail for a week to think about what an a$$ he is and be sued for screwing with a kid. Tripping a 9-year-old??? WTF???

I played baseball and was on a team with a head coach that had his two sons on it. The coach was terrible and the team was terrible. I was the first player selected in the "draft" that year, but the coach used to give me **** and put his sons(who were terrible at baseball) in positions that they had no business playing. Even the coach's wife used to say things to me and cheer if I didn't get a hit. The coach took me on his team, then didn't like it that I was a better player than both of his sons. They were pissed that I was the only player from our team voted to the All-Star game and were openly saying crap to me about it.

You can't make stuff like this up. My first year in little league and getting crap from your own coach, teammates, and his family.

There is no place in sports for this stuff, and I hope that guy is banned from every athletic field for as long as he lives and gets a brutal a$$-kicking from another parent or coach.

    Lowlife jerk.

I vowed to never be that guy in my life. When my sons played sports, I told them to listen to their coach. I cheer and encourage from the stands, but don't criticize coaches or other kids in any way. It was an experience in my life that demonstrated how not to act as an adult.

At least it wasn't your own family doing it to you.
If You have some, more than one in your family that were all state, and all stars it can be hell when you play anything they did.

I basically had to stop attending my kids sporting events because it frustrated me so much. My daughter was on an elementary school basketball team and the husband/wife coaching team was just horrible. Yelled at lot without teaching fundamentals. When my kids did soccer for two summers, I had to be restrained from going at their coach once because he was so stupid. My wife tried to calm me down but also insult me by saying Ive never coached soccer. True I haven't but I know a hell of a lot about building teamwork and putting together talent. Freaking coach would have the kids run 20 laps around the pitch and then spend 20 minutes playing monkey in the middle. No drills that taught basic fundamentals and nothing that was position specific. Kids clamped around the ball instead of playing their man. I just had to walk away at some points.

I never liked Tomlin after he tried to trip that guy. He could've ended his career. What made it all the worse was he was laughing about afterwards! However, tripping a 9 year old kid is just insane. I hope that lunatic gets some jail time.

The possibility of ending the players career is probably a bit of an overstatement.

Tomlin had his back to the play and was probably 6 inches to a foot inside the field of play.

It absolutely forced the player back inside and probably gave our guy a little better angle to catch up and make the tackle. In the end Tomlin got fined.

When I played Little League baseball there was a dad who was also the head ump that worked behind the plate on his sons games. The son was an All-Star, but the dad still liked to give his son's team a little help. He once called a player on his son's team safe when he was clearly tagged out a few feet from the base. Nobody protested, but it was very weird. It was a life lesson that I remember almost 50 years later.

Hopefully my wife never reads this

I did a DNA test and my results showed potential relatives from Michigan to New York which would be typical of my Prussian background

My wife who is adopted got hers back and her spread of relatives was a pinpoint in one small West Virginia town

I started humming the banjo song from deliverance which was not well received

I didn't lose respect for him. Just lost confidence in his coaching abilities after the poor showing in the AFC Championship game vs Patriots in 2016 season. This lack of confidence compounded after the loss to the Jaguars a year later.

That made me laugh out loud and I hope I am not crossing a line by asking if all her relatives lived in the same house?

I don't think he tried to trip him.

I do think he tried to redirect him so that our coverage guys had a better chance of catching them.

Deserved a fine (which I'm sure he got).

I think it's pretty similar to this...which I'm sure Cowher wrote a check for too. And it was 100% worth whatever fine they gave him. I can never decide if it was better or worse if he couldn't get the release right...

I’ve seen fathers going at each other at the little league and High School levels. We learned later It always stemmed from some serious family problems that just spilled onto the games.

then i attended a few Raider games at the colosseum, those actually were more bloody, i guess the more money and alcohol involved…the Steeler Raider game in 1990 i think, was pretty brutal

as far as Tomlin, it didnt seem like an intentional attempted trip at all. No one is that stupid. But i actually wish he had gone after a couple coaches though, like Noll going after Glanville.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders is thin. She's probably lost over a 100 lbs over the last decade.
