    I thought Robert’s played pretty well for us. He will be on another roster within a week. Bengals will probably grab him up. Their defense got schooled last year.

    Yeah, but if some other ILB-needy team calls and offers him more $$$ than we did, he'll be gonzo. Seems like a big risk to take with a player whose contributions are needed.

    And how is it that Malik Harrison is still on the roster?

    Here are the details of the deal (via ESPN):

    PACKERS GET: RB Kaleb Johnson
    STEELERS GET: TBA Draft pick

    The Packers are adding some depth at running back, because there's a chance that they could end up losing Josh Jacobs to a suspension this year. Jacobs has been charged with two misdemeanors stemming from his arrest in May. Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst said his team is hoping for the best, but planning for the worst.

    "We'll deal with that when that comes, but we've obviously been preparing in case that happens," the GM said of a possible suspension.

    As for the Steelers, they're getting rid of their 2025 third-round pick after just one season. With Rico Dowdle and Jaylen Warren on the roster, there just wasn't much room left for Johnson.

    The steelers have now picked up a draft pick for both Broderick Jones (Traded to Cowboys) and Johnson, two players who were never going to play for them this year.
