The depth chart says it's Redman, and Tomlin flat out said they know what they've got in Redman so there's no need to rush him out there.

He's been the starter all camp, so no reason to change it now. Both he and Dwyer, and LSH will get plenty of work, but Redman will start.

I'm surprised that Jones got some votes. I would say that he is by far the biggest long shot. I wonder if those votes were sarcastic? I would say it has to be a battle between Dwyer and Redman for sure.

I voted for Redman. Hope Bell is back by week 1 but like I said, I'm not betting on it.

Torn between Red and Dwyer but figure Red is going to be considered the starter, although i see them giving Red and Dwyer fairly equal carries. To start the season I see it as more of them being co-starters.

Is this an 'I wish' list?

Everywhere I've read, Redman is considered to be the starter.
    But, we'll see, I suppose.

Redman is going to be the bruiser he should have been in the Super Bowl against the Packers if they would have fed him the rock. I can't take the waiting...

Redman always seems to fall forward for the extra yard kind of like the Bus did his spin twist at the end of a run for an extra three or four yards.

Didn't I read that MT said that Red would be the opening day starter? Maybe I am mistaken. The big question we should be asking ourselves what happens when Bell comes off injury? Too many RB's for the carries that will be available.

Yeah I was actually thinking about this thread when I saw you bumped it and I remembered that like 50% at one point had Dwyer starting. Terrell Davis also said Dwyer would start as well.

And this is coming from someone that can't even make his own proper selection. :lolol:

I picked him by default, everyone else is injured and Jones is to new. Steelers gave Dwyer a real bad day today.

Yeah and I'm not exactly sure how this works but does he get to keep the $1.3 million he signed for this summer?

Amen, and not because of the Dwyer cut, rather a few of the ones they kept.
