    Not blaming him
    As
Our ace that returned gave up 8 runs
    But
Mr Soto can’t pitch a single inning without giving up a run
    He is impressive
A utility player most likely would have a better ERA than Soto
Season shot in ass over this BP
    Well we got Weaver
Only after we dipped below .500
    SP is a mess
Injuries have been decimating to our bats
    Waited months upon months
Victory after victory snatched away by this BP
Once again congrats to another Pittsburgh organization that could care less
    Rooney
    Pens Owner
    Pirates owner
All stuck 30 yrs in the past
    What was once the
    City of champions
Has become a laughingstock across the board
Can’t wait to see our 80 yr old qb perform this season
    Adding
I as a Pittsburgh fan was spoiled
    Appreciate the Burgh
    Just miss it

Perhaps the pitching demise (bullpen all season and now starting pitchers from top to bottom) can all be explained/blamed on one single move - they canned 2025 pitching coach Oscar Marin (7th best ERA in MLB) and replaced him (rumors say it was Skenes who led the charge) with Bill Murphy (now 24th ranked ERA). Then you have Matt Hague as the hitting coach for 2025 when the Bucs were one of the worst hitting and scoring teams last year to one of the best and most productive offenses in all of MLB. I can't explain either one other than the Bucs did pick up several good hitting players as well as timed the promotion of several young players from the minors. I think right now the bats are silent (throwing in the towel and cruising to the season's end) as they watch the starters crumble early and often. Bubba did great Saturday but even that is a rarity. They haven't even been in a save situation I don't think since Weaver showed up. Reynolds sure puts together great Junes but pretty much sucks in other months. Mangum and Nick Gonzo have been steady at the plate but NG is a real liability on the left side of the infield. Just like Cruz in his early days, teams have film on Vasquez now and his magic act has vanished at the plate. Any other bright spots these days?
