    Yes if you give Tomlin a bunch of practice squad castoffs he'll get 9 wins out of them. If you give him the starting lineup from the All-Pro team he will also max out at 9-10 wins. It's his style of play that keeps bad teams competitive and great teams mediocre.

    Tomlin wont coach again. He’ll follow the trend set before him. Noll stepped away for good, Cowher stepped away for good and I believe Tomlin will step away for good?

    Why, because there is no other coaching job as secure as the Pittsburgh Steelers and will likely be fired not long after taking the job.
