Remember during the 2005 run when Heath caught a pass and went like 65 yards or more for a TD and everyone made jokes about how slow he was running? After watching an even slimmed down Washington run he looks slow. Might be able to get AI to generate videos of Miller passing him on a long yac. LOL all in good fun.

 

He does not get a quick start but when he gets rumbling he is a load

Any news on JPJ's "Fake" Injury? Is anyone asking McCarthy about the Injury. I am not asking about JPJ's contract talks, I am just wanting someone to ask McCarthy or any coach/trainer about the B.S. that is JPJ's injury.

JPJ faking an injury to get out of practice while he waits for a new contract really hurts JPJ's reputation for me. If you want to Hold-In until you get a new contract then just do it; that is what TJ Watt did. You don't have to fake an injury.

Hell, Le'Veon Bell didn't even try to fake and injury when he held out.

I don't think coaches are obligated to answer questions on players on PUP. That's one of the protections they have.

 

So are you believing that the reason JPJ can't practice is that he is actually injured???


Something tells me I am not alone in this thinking; I believe JPJ will be back to 100% and in practice the day after he signs a new contract.

The difference is I don't think Bell ever showed up to camp, JPJ is working on the side not really a hold in since the Steelers put him on the PUP list.

I still believe that Howard is better in game than in practice. That said, just a theory of mine. Will be interesting to see how he plays next week.


Off topic of the prompt I know but I do hope that Max Iheanachor is okay. He did walk off under his own power but him grabbing his shoulder area, according to reporters, just gives me pause given what happened with Broderick. Fingers crossed!!

 

It looks like Yahya Black is bigger than last season, somebody get this man a jersey that fits.
