That game had to sting Brewer fans. Now they have a little taste of what Pirate fans go through. If that game ending DP happened to the Bucs it would not have come as a shock.

Only the Nationals and Dodgers have scored more runs than the Pirates this season. The Nationals are doing it by the power of James Wood. Now Pittsburgh has the Once and Future Pirate King belting home runs at a ridiculous rate. No sport gives you as many WTF moments as baseball.

Anyone remember in 2018 just before the All Star break, the Bucs amazingly swept the Brewers in a 5 game series with 2 double header wins in rain make up games? Then the break, then the collapse. We seem to have the O to avoid this again depending on, of course, you know what.

 

This is the first season in many years that I feel good about dem Buccos!
