World cup of Soccer ( Fubol )

I get a kick how they play on as a players lies on the field seemingly injured. Imagine that happening in the NFL.

 

Seems the excitement level is ramped up for round of 32. Canada and RSA are playing hard and seem to be equals.

I'm surprised they don't break out in fist fights on them corner kicks. They push each other hard.

If you only follow soccer every 4 years like me, now is the time to start watching. That was a great first half.

Germany looked dominate but Paraguay up 1-0. Was a great header for goal. Pulling for Paraguay in this one but wouldn't put money on it. I expect Germany will put a ton of pressure on them. Should be a lot of attacking.

 

Germany gets a great header goal and ties it at 1-1. IMO Germany will win this game. To much for Paraguay.

 

Wow! I thought it was a good goal in first OT for Germany but it was called back. They said goalie was interfered with. On to second 15 minute OT.

Another good game with Norway coming out ahead. They really embrace their Viking heritage.

No way in hell Sweden beats France. I hope it stays close but I doubt it.

France scores to go up 1-0. Score could be a lot worse for Sweden. Sweden defense is nothing like Paraguay's was yesterday.

Steelers should take a lesson from the soccer teams. When they have a lead they keep trying to pour it on
